The presentation will kick off with Laura Daniels covering what it takes to have an engaged team from a virtual perspective, then Andrea and Amanda will dive into the online business world through hosting virtual meetings with Zoom and managing projects through the Monday.com platform, as well as highlighting other virtual applications for working with a remote team. Join us as we cover some basics, go over useful features and host a virtual roundtable with you and other dairy professionals working through this transition. We want you to join in and ask questions as well as share your own successions and challenges as we all maneuver these changing times together.
