Getting Employee Training Done – Online Training Options and Benefits

This webinar will be presented by Jennifer Fernandes Hanf, Key Account Manager, milc group, Friday, September 18th, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. CST | 1:00 p.m. EST | 11:00 a.m. MST | 10:00 a.m. PST.

As dairy operations grow in size, introduce new technologies and work to ensure proper animal welfare and a safe work environment, implementing an effective employee training and development program is more important than ever. However most producers admit they do not have a formalized training program and struggle to provide and monitor employee training on a consistent basis. Some of the biggest labor challenges facing producers are:

  • Finding, developing and retaining skilled labor
  • Scheduling on boarding and on-going training
  • Providing training in the employee’s native language
  • Record keeping and monitoring.

Online training resources offer tools to address many of these challenges and help to get training done. In this webinar we will discuss what an effective training program looks like and explore the benefits of online training options.
