Lisa and Kaela are the mother-daughter cofounders of Rise Leadership Circle. They coach soulful entrepreneurs who are committed to:
- Ditching hustle, overwhelm, and being underpaid
- Stand in their worth and live an epic life
- Receive wealth via their lucrative, mission-driven businesses
They both live in the Midwest and each have two dogs. They are avid readers and champagne drinkers. Lisa opened and built a seven figure business during the 2008 recession and Kaela blazed her own trail from being six figures of debt to a multi-six figure entrepreneur in her mid-twenties. Supporting women to unleash their deepest desires and build profitable businesses as a result are one of the things they enjoy doing most together.
Peggy Coffeen is a mom, wife, writer and fourth-generation farmer from northeast Wisconsin, with a passion for helping other women find peace, rest and relief for their bodies, minds and spirits. After stumbling across CBD as an effective management tool to focus her “mom brain”, sleep better and calm her busy mind, she struggled to find a trustworthy, local source for oils. In 2019, she founded P’ri CBD, a line of health and wellness products made from the hemp grown by her own hands, right on her farm. Today, the call God placed so strongly on her heart has grown into a thriving business that serves customers in more than 10 states, providing not only third-party tested products, but also complimentary prayer cards. Peggy also works in the dairy industry as an editor and podcast host for Progressive Dairy magazine. She and her husband, Kevin, have four children, ranging in age from 3 to 21 years old.
