Annual Connect Networking Event:
- Wednesday, September 29th at 5:30 – 9:00 pm
- Grazing Stations: 6:00 – 8:00 pm
- Capitol Square Ballroom in the Sheraton Madison Hotel (706 John Nolen Drive, Madison, Wi – right across from the Expo grounds!)
This annual networking session offers a welcoming environment with great conversations and connections for dairywomen in town for Expo. This event is a short walk from the grounds, but there is also ample parking available and the Sheraton also offers a shuttle to and from the hotel and Expo all day and evening. The cost of the event is $30.00 and includes grazing stations, beverages and some DGN swag.
Sharing Wisdom Educational Seminar:
“Recover and Embrace Your Genuine Self”
- Friday, October 1st at 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Mendota 3 room in Exhibition Hall
These last 18 months have not been easy. It’s changed us in a lot of ways. As we re-emerge, we all have an opportunity to take stock in who we are and how we want to live and work post-pandemic. Join us for this special event where resilience expert, Kyra Cavanaugh, will share tips for how to live authentically with less stress and more happiness. You’ll learn simple self-care techniques, tips for speaking your truth, and ways to step into your power at work and at home. In this highly interactive session, you’ll have a chance to reflect on the best of what you learned from the pandemic and what you’d like to leave behind. You’ll experience firsthand the benefits of touch, breath and silence to recover your sense of calm in any situation. Bring your questions and leave with a toolkit full of ideas to improve your wellbeing. You won’t want to miss this session!
During the session, you can also look forward to hearing DGN Founder and President, Laura Daniels, with a welcome and discussion and DGN updates will close the session. The session will conclude with a networking time and. Cost of the event is $15.00 and includes a light lunch.

Dairy Girl Network is proud to once again provide a space that families with small children may rest and recharge in a quiet atmosphere during the hustle and bustle of World Dairy Expo. An area for nursing mothers is also available. This space offers comfortable seating, a changing station, toys and snacks to recharge. The Family Lounge will be open all day, every day during World Dairy Expo.
