Webinar Summary: Mycotoxins are fungi that are frequently found in various feedstuffs. Although there is little we can do to prevent them, we often suffer from the consequences of their presence. This talk will highlight the various mycotoxins that are commonly found in feedstuffs and how they can work synergistically to increase the health effects that they cause. Dr. Carie will be highlighting how to identify the presence of mycotoxins, how to evaluate various health parameters to suspect mycotoxin involvement and steps producers can take to mitigate their effects.
