Webinar Summary: It is estimated that 1 in 5 adults experience mental illnesses, and many more experience intermittent mental health crises. However, in rural and agricultural communities, professional health care is not always available or accessible. Josie Rudolphi will describe resources and programs to prepare non-mental health professionals to be assistive when their friends and family members are in crisis.

This webinar will be presented by Jeff Ditzenberger, Founder and President of TUGS (Talking Understanding Growing Supporting), on Friday, May 27th, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. CST

Webinar Summary: One person’s story of mental health struggles and what we can do to not only help ourselves but others as well. Join us for the second webinar in the #StrongerTogetHER mini-series where Jeff shares his story and gives guidance from his real-life experiences on how to stop the stigma and break the silence around mental health.
