Meet the Speaker:

Chase Pagel is a Safety Coordinator for Pagel’s Family Business. She started her safety career in 2012 at Pagel’s Ponderosa Dairy, when OSHA started the Local Emphasis Program in Wisconsin. In 2016 she went back to school to get her Safety Engineering Technology Associates Degree and graduated in 2019. Today, Chase is the Safety Coordinator for Pagel’s Family Business which includes 4 Dairies, 1 Calf Facility, 2 Heifer facilities, 1 Cropping Management Team, 1 Milk Transport Team and a cheese production facility. She works closely with her Safety Assistant, a translator, and all managers across the facilities to ensure that safety is a top priority within the team’s culture. Chase is married to JJ Pagel and together they have 4 children: Kiley, Jaylyn, Jaxen and Jase.
