Meet the Speaker:
Jennifer Bockhahn was raised on a small organic dairy farm in western New York where she worked alongside her father. After graduating college, she spent five years working with the PRO-DAIRY Diary Environmental Systems group at Cornell University. In this role, she focused on public outreach, education and applied research programs driven by farmer needs and requests. Topics of focus in this role included methane measurement, manure management, barn design and all aspects of cow comfort. At Barry Callebaut, Jennifer develops and implements dairy sustainability projects that reduce risk and increase financial compensation for farmers for their efforts and is excited to share her learnings (and to learn) from farmers everywhere.
