Mark Petchenik is the Corporate Executive Chef at Land O’Lakes. He joined Land O’Lakes in 2003 and became a Certified Research Chef (CRC) in 2006. He is graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Mark has more than 10 years of experience with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises restaurants and five years with Rock Bottom Brewery. Prior to joining Land O’Lakes he lived in Mexico for six years running a restaurant construction and management company. In total, Mark has over 34 years in the foodservice industry.

Becky Wahlund has been with Land O’Lakes since 1982 and is currently the Director of Test Kitchens and Consumer Affairs. She began her career in food science at the University of Minnesota graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Food Science and then the University of St. Thomas with an MBA Management. Becky has over 13 years of experience within the test kitchens, more than seven years of involvement in marketing and greater 14 year of Test Kitchens and Consumer Affairs leadership. She is an active member of International Association of Culinary Professionals, Food and Consumer Science Professionals and Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals. Becky loves to bake and cook.
