Julie graduated with business degrees from The Ohio State University and a MBA from the IU Kelley School of Business, focused on strategy and operations. While with Adayana, Julie led the consulting and business development teams in 100+ engagements across scenario planning, strategic planning, and organizational development with top agribusiness clients. Prior to that, Julie’s work experience was focused in supply chain, marketing, and operations in the heavy equipment manufacturing and insurance industries.
Through these experiences, Julie has been recognized for her strong facilitation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. She is by nature very collaborative, and loves working with the PeopleFirst team to create measurable impact for customers. She is a certified ICF and Master Coach.
Recently, as a new mother at her mid-career, Julie started her own business and wrote Pivot Point: How to Build a Winning Career Game Plan.

During this two part courageous conversations workshop individuals will learn to differentiate between effective and ineffective conversations. In addition, you will reflect and identify your natural tendencies in a difficult conversation, adopt the mindset for having an effective conversation and apply the courageous conversation framework in a client situation.
