Conference Mailing: If you sign up for the virtual option, you will receive your conference materials in the mail after the event.

T-Shirt Pre-Order: You will have the opportunity during registration to pre-order a t-shirt(s) before the conference for $27.50 to ensure we have your size available for you! T-shirts are pre-sale and will be available at the conference for pick-up for those attending the conference in person. If you are attending the conference virtually the price includes shipping and will be shipped to you.

Cancellation Policy for Forward TogetHER Conference: Conference registrations are nonrefundable but there are some exceptions and concessions:

• If a registrant is unable to attend the Dairy Girl Network conference for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place. This substitution has to occur 14 days prior to the conference. 
• Where the registrant is unable to attend and notifies DGN and is not able to transfer their registration to another person, then the registrant forfeits their registration fee. Partial refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis due to medical emergencies, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If the conference is cancelled by Dairy Girl Network, a full refund will be provided.

Please note: For your safety and the safety of others, if you are feeling ill when it is conference time please stay home to protect your Dairy Girl Network friends, colleagues, and others within our communities. We will provide the option to join us virtually from your home so you can still experience the conference!
